Journal Title:Aquaculture
Aquaculture is an international journal for the exploration, improvement and management of all freshwater and marine food resources. It publishes novel and innovative research of world-wide interest on farming of aquatic organisms, which includes finfish, mollusks, crustaceans and aquatic plants for human consumption. Research on ornamentals is not a focus of the Journal. Aquaculture only publishes papers with a clear relevance to improving aquaculture practices or a potential application.
Aquaculture 是一本关于所有淡水和海洋食物资源的探索、改进和管理的国际期刊。它发表了世界范围内对水生生物养殖感兴趣的新颖和创新研究,其中包括供人类食用的有鳍鱼、软体动物、甲壳类动物和水生植物。对观赏植物的研究不是该杂志的重点。水产养殖只发表与改进水产养殖实践或潜在应用明确相关的论文。
