Computer Speech & Language publishes reports of original research related to the recognition, understanding, production, coding and mining of speech and language.

The speech and language sciences have a long history, but it is only relatively recently that large-scale implementation of and experimentation with complex models of speech and language processing has become feasible. Such research is often carried out somewhat separately by practitioners of artificial intelligence, computer science, electronic engineering, information retrieval, linguistics, phonetics, or psychology.

Computer Speech & Language 发表与语音和语言的识别、理解、生产、编码和挖掘相关的原创研究报告。

Computer Speech And Language创刊于1986年，由ACADEMIC PRESS LTD- ELSEVIER SCIENCE LTD出版商出版，收稿方向涵盖工程技术 - 计算机：人工智能全领域，此刊是中等级别的SCI期刊，所以过审相对来讲不是特别难，但是该刊专业认可度不错，仍然是一本值得选择的SCI期刊 。平均审稿速度>12周，或约稿，影响因子指数4.300，该期刊近期没有被列入国际期刊预警名单，广大学者值得一试。
