The International Journal of Non-Linear Mechanics provides a specific medium for dissemination of high-quality research results in the various areas of theoretical, applied, and experimental mechanics of solids, fluids, structures, and systems where the phenomena are inherently non-linear.

The journal brings together original results in non-linear problems in elasticity, plasticity, dynamics, vibrations, wave-propagation, rheology, fluid-structure interaction systems, stability, biomechanics, micro- and nano-structures, materials, metamaterials, and in other diverse areas.

Papers may be analytical, computational or experimental in nature. Treatments of non-linear differential equations wherein solutions and properties of solutions are emphasized but physical aspects are not adequately relevant, will not be considered for possible publication. Both deterministic and stochastic approaches are fostered. Contributions pertaining to both established and emerging fields are encouraged.

International Journal of Non-Linear Mechanics 为传播固体、流体、结构和系统的理论、应用和实验力学等各个领域的高质量研究成果提供了一个特定的媒介，这些领域的现象本质上是非-线性。

International Journal Of Non-linear Mechanics创刊于1966年，由PERGAMON-ELSEVIER SCIENCE LTD出版商出版，收稿方向涵盖物理 - 力学全领域，此刊是中等级别的SCI期刊，所以过审相对来讲不是特别难，但是该刊专业认可度不错，仍然是一本值得选择的SCI期刊 。平均审稿速度约6.0个月，影响因子指数3.200，该期刊近期没有被列入国际期刊预警名单，广大学者值得一试。
