Water

Water (ISSN 2073-4441) is an international and cross-disciplinary scholarly journal covering all aspects of water including water science and technology, and the hydrology, ecology and management of water resources. It publishes regular research papers, critical reviews and short communications, and there is no restriction on the length of the papers. Our aim is to encourage scientists to publish their experimental and theoretical research in as much detail as possible. Full experimental and/or methodical details must be provided for research articles. Computed data or files regarding the full details of the experimental procedure, if unable to be published in a normal way, can be deposited as supplementary material.

Water (ISSN 2073-4441) 是一本国际性的跨学科学术期刊，涵盖水的各个方面，包括水科学和技术，以及水文、生态和水资源管理。它定期发表研究论文、批判性评论和简短的交流，并且对论文的长度没有限制。我们的目标是鼓励科学家尽可能详细地发表他们的实验和理论研究。必须为研究文章提供完整的实验和/或系统细节。有关实验程序全部细节的计算数据或文件，如果无法以正常方式发表，可以作为补充材料存放。

期刊简述Magazine introduction

Water创刊于2009年，由MDPI出版商出版，收稿方向涵盖WATER RESOURCES全领域，此刊是中等级别的SCI期刊，所以过审相对来讲不是特别难，但是该刊专业认可度不错，仍然是一本值得选择的SCI期刊。影响因子指数3.400，该期刊近期没有被列入国际期刊预警名单，广大学者值得一试。

JCR没有设置大类，只分为176个具体学科，按当期（1年）的影响因子进行分区；JCR是按照“平均主义”思想，根据刊物IF的高至低平均划分4个区，每个区含有该领域总量25%的期刊。中科院的分区如同社会阶层的金字塔结构，1区只有5%的顶级期刊， 2~4区期刊数量也逐层增加,所以中科院的1区和2区杂志很少，杂志质量相对也高，基本都是本领域的顶级期刊。
